embodying resistance: interdependence

  • The Robin Theatre 1105 S. Washington Avenue Lansing, MI 48910 (map)

a somatics intro workshop

Are you feeling despair, overwhelm, rage, numbness at the chaos and violence of this political moment?

Are you seeking to grow your resilience and resistance to face into these escalating pressures?

Is this moment of pressure inviting you to clarify and focus on what really matters to you?

Are you longing for community in which to practice all of this?

If so, join us for two hours of embodiment practice to support your ability to feel for yourself and another at the same time, to explore what it means to move in formation, to flock, to collaborate, at the level of the body.

In other words, we will practice embodied interdependence as a potent form of resistance.
