Ritual and Retreat
So often, conflict and tension lead us towards our growth edges, the deeper places that need healing attention. Some of this work can happen in a 1-1 container, and some of it needs to happen collectively. embodying resistance: resilience
Join us for two hours of in-person embodiment practice to practice resilience on purpose, so we can be more resourced towards what we care about.
In other words, we will practice embodied collective resilience as a potent form of resistance.
embodying resistance: interdependence
Join us for two hours of in-person embodiment practice to support your ability to feel for yourself and another at the same time, to explore what it means to move in formation, to flock, to collaborate, at the level of the body.
In other words, we will practice embodied interdependence as a potent form of resistance.
I ask clients to assess their payment amount depending on their financial access.
Some work is done for a set fee, which we negotiate together. Some work is hourly.
For individual sessions, my range is $125-250 USD per hour.
For group or organizational work, my range is $175-350 USD per hour.
I will share this self-assessment tool during the intake process and we can be in conversation to support your discernment.
